We can use digital services in the court. Today almost all the courts in India are crammed with unsolved cases. Major cause of delay is getting slot for appearance of witnesses in the court. Often due to unavailability of witnesses, court postpone hearings. Government can set up a video conferencing spot, especially dedicated to the courts across India in all the major towns of the country. Please don't subscribe to Aadhar. Those who recommend Aadhar are ignorant. Data is collected, processed and stored by UIDAI using foreign linked companies as Registrars. Let the government come with a citizen card for which data should be collected, processed and stored by government department like post office directly without any private participation. Data should be stored in Government servers located in India under the Government. Till then NO AADHAR. SCRAP AADHAR SAVE INDIA.

I stay on rent. While claiming HRA I need to get the PAN number of my land lord, which is again a forced duty on me. While my landlord refused to share his PAN number as it is going to increase his tax liability, in that case what a tenant can do? Is he bound to suffer 1) He is already on rent 2) He can't even claim tax rebate legally because his landlord is not happy sharing his PAN number. What is govt doing in this regard?
