A small contry like Singapore can give Free Library services to all its citizens, why can't India????

All the Libraries(Public) in India are in pathetic condition, unless govt do not understand the value of this precious content, literacy, digitization will never become successful.....

Along with Digital India, "Vanche Bharat" is also essential and for that all the Libraries across the country should be upgraded, networked and automated, then only Digital India will become possible.......

To stop female foeticide, Govt should make Ultrasonography compulsory for every conceived female with upto date record till delivery with health department etc.The persons/official helping for illegal abortions should be dealt with seriously by withdrawing all Govt benefits for a period of at least 10-15 years along with punishment.

I think to a greater extent India can curtail CORRUPTION by following Unique Number for every citizen.That number should be his account number in all the banks/Passport no./Land regd. no./Business ID no./Personal ID no. i.e. this no. should be must for every transaction or document. and just by clicking this no. we can search the whole profile of an individual & seeing his assets etc Govt can analyse his activities, tax transactions etc.This will certainly curb Black money.
