Rae Bareli Smart City proposes to invest 1750 Cr in its Area Based Development. Area based development shall be a combination of redevelopment and green field development of 1150 acre of land which include:

REDEVELOPMENT of core (old) city area and surrounding area as walk able, well-connected mixed-use area with public realm.

PLANNING & infrastructure DEVELOPMENT of educational zone, knowledge & economic hub and Urban Park where world class Universities, colleges can be constructed & industries can come up.

DEVELOPMENT of recreational area along the river Sai, (Shaheed Smarak) through Affordable Green, Eco Friendly Tourist Infrastructure.

Rae Bareli aims to become a University town (educational hub) which enhances the quality of life and make the city economically sustainable. With promotion of Rae Bareli to external investment audiences in specific sectors (education, industries) will provide job growth and economic diversification. The projects identified are in line with the vision and goals.

The Government can make a Floating Hotel in Lake for Tourist and Local Citizen. Floating Hotel will be attraction for Tourist and will boost Tourism. The hotel should have Green house technology and should be solar powered. The tourist can reach using LPG operated Motor Boat. Even Floating Fountain can be installed in Lake and can be illuminated with colourful light the lake should be surrounded by compound and can be decorated with LED lights and can have jogging track.

The Smart city should have Parking Tower it should be constructed by using new technology it will resolve the parking problem for city, Junctions. Even it can have Car Wash System and Maintenance Department for Cars. Smart city should have smart building, Complex & smart infrastructures. The energy should be provided form geothermal power from which is renewal energy from earth. All the flats should be connected with optic fiber & with internet connection & should be interlinked with each flat with video door camera. Waste should be collected by underground gas system. The Smart city should have smart connection. Smarty city should be connected to daily commuters, Tourist, Railways, Public safety authorities, shipping ports, Airport, Freight carriers and to government dept. If all this get connected it will make the city more safer, efficient and more mobile world. With leading technology you will connect the machine. We can offer a "Proof of Concept" project" for Smart Lighting with 350 Luminaries (combination of normal LED with Photo sensor and LED with PTZ Camera for CCTV), IoT Gteway, Cloud-based, Real-time Management Software and NVR for about INR 1.50 crores.
