India model bilateral investment treaty is motivating force for the investment by foreign corporates in india, the govt can introduce a rating grade sytem to rate this entities on presence, performance and profit basis, these rating grades can be clubbed with their participation in development of social infrastructure in india through corporate social responsibility adding with mandatory CSR clause. the ratings should help in achieving credits in terms of tax benefits & preferential status.

Sir i want to say that investment should be based on needs of people. I know you are giving more emphasis on renewable energy but why not you do something to reduce the cost of equipment like solar plate. Its very costly in market.so people can not buy it becouse of money lack.you should make so cheap that everyone can buy it. I hope you must invast money in this not for big energy industry.incourage every people to use renewable sourse for saving energy and my love india....om amrit(rajasthan)

To be a global player, our industrial growth in all areas of technology to be led by R&D at par with leading nations. We need a separate ministry to develop and establish R&D cluster in all areas of exploration and technology development.

As and when we talk of bilateral investment,we are get directed to think about product or services either sourcing, partially manufacturing etc that only enhances cosmetic look of the society affairs but generally don`t provide us basic technology enhancement and development of the existing key R&D centers, instead these R&D centers get marginalized by the shadow of incoming produce of growing economy.Defense, oil exploration, solar,Railways etc remained deficient inR&Das we rely on sourcing.
