RESPECTED Prime Minister .. I want to share with you a best idea to dispose plastic we should use the plastic in road making with butimin ..It leads to development also ..To stop pollution and make some way to dispose plastic we have to do something. If we don't do it now then we will never do anything..To ban plastic.I don't think that's a right option for most of the time.As we know that this option leads to not much anything So get ready to do against plastic something ✌

Respected Modi ji, I want to suggest the free current distribution. Depends upon the extent of land the farmers can be given a quota of Electricity. So electricity can be saved and wastage can be avoided. This will give a huge savings for Govt

Thank you for our Government for giving free electricity for the farmers. Sometimes the free current is given to the Agri land during nights. So farmers switch on the well pump sets and sleep. So complete night water will be pumped. Most of the times water is over pumped. This will lead to wastage of electricity and water.

Vehicle scraping policy is perhaps brought in under pressure from Auto makers. Government has to rethink over it. Buying 6-7 lakh vehicles after 15 years is not feasible for common people. Suppose a person buys a vehicle at the age of 60 years with his retirement funds, can he buy new vehicle at the age of 75 years when he may require a personal mode of conveyance as he may not be physically fit to run after crowded buses.

Cont So scraping a vehical on the basis of age is unfortunate decision Of rich people in the Govt not considering that most of Indians keep vehical as a status symbol And the Tuglaki Farman has put middle class in a strange situation In the name of the new fuel giving less pollution All the vehicals can be modified and scraping is nothing other than Going agsinst The will of public who elects them and then helping rich vehical manufacturers to exploit in the name of environment Not All Gov

Contd And if this vehical as taxi runs for Five years the engin need to be overhauled and the overhauled engin May not be efficient in emissions as the original one And such A vehical need repairs So if pollution controle is checked every year as is mandatory now in Delhi no vehical spreading smoke will be on road Now take the other case when same vehical is being used. Sparingly it may run only 10 km a day and 3000 km a year and for 10 years only 30000 km and this is in good shape

Contd I will explain how the life of the vehical is not the right reason to scrap it If a vehical is being used as a taxi it is running up to 200 km a day and the vehical as a whole is older by 200 km and so the engine the body parts and the most polluting part is engin Now in one month it is 6000 km older and in one year 72000 km older and as per the maintenance standards The engin need to be checked fir the pistons and piston rings and rings need to be replaced To 10% above And in next year

Contd So for the environment management we need to have no political approach and free Executive to take action as required But it is high time and very uphill task for the Central Govt to put the house in order because foreign funding and various tool kits are hurdles But if there is will no one can halt the marching it may slowdown but nothing can stand again true strong will There are numerous wetlands which are being maintained naturally and existing in the areas where no human no politics

Contd In that case the Govt of Athens qualified Mechsnical engineer could device method to locate pollution points and manage at the local point Than making experiment in the name of odd even to declare the powers and arbitrary There is too much pollution as the vehical goes off the road All the borders of Delhi are facing sponsored Angolan and vehicals are running on Kichha roads to by pass the Angolan and lot of pollution is locally generated But the CM of Delhi has not observed it
