As this is well known truth that majority polluters are industrialist particularly tanners and paper industry etc. Why should we not make a self help group who themselves clean their sewage at source? ETPs at individual units or a big units run by govt or municipal corporation have been failed due to various reasons.

First ofall stop all industry to make ganga soiled , nd also inspire people for ganga

1.There should be massive clean Ganga movement under leadership of Indian saints like Sri Sri Ravishankarji & Baba Ramdevjee etc. with elaborate meda coverage. 2. A specific volunteer based organization(e.g. Ganga Kar Sevaks) for Clean Ganga should be formed which should be led by environmentalist ,eminent citizens & spiritual saints 3.Massive penalties in crores of rupees be fined on polluting industries and sewage disposers in Ganga & its tributaries 4.Leverage specific fish which clean water.

Keep dustbin every 100 mtr with proper maintenance & accountable vigilance with CCTV vigilance , Make safe area for bath with small fish net which can be pull once in day to collect wastage which can be reuse
