With a dramatic growth in elementary education enrolments and improvements in retention and transition rates in recent years, particularly amongst the more disadvantaged groups, there is an increasing pressure on the secondary schools to admit more students. With the enforcement of RTE Act and further improvement in retention and transition rates, demand for secondary schooling will grow rapidly in the coming years. The objective of this discussion group is to assess to what extent we have made quality education available, accessible and affordable to the target population in the age group of 14–18 years. How we can increase access to post elementary education across the country in a manner so as to ensure no child is denied the opportunity of completing his/her school education. In particular, how can we address the geographical and social disparities in secondary education?

An agra mochi clan are very practical & rich tribe. They do not spend on education but skills. Met one such smart youngster in dubai playing with smart phone & hitting deals worth millions . I wasted my years in degrees that proved meaningless & full of fears & insecurities. Zero skills in any trade. Thanks to internet after 45 years I read what is that by knowing which everything is known The fear & insecurities & sense of false responsibilities reduced realized the folly of comparison

Wildlife Protection Act,1972 bans deer-rearing,dear-farming in India. But deer-farming can be economically blissful activity, can promote employment.Deer can provide an alternative source of meat, its hide is best for leather-oriented industry. Deer is very domesticated and sociable. It is herbivore.Venison is very healthy, tasty Rural India can have a viable economic activity if deer-farming is allowed for economic exposure and economic diversification.

Real challenge is of making dormant state knowledge into lively wisdom. The dissemination aspect comes only at second state. Going to be parallel to comprehension time line of young minds goes a step downward in this priority settlement. The challenge of making ancient wisdom to be a lively flow of intelligence bits, that way makes the prime concern over and above whole range of priorities. And it is here where all enlightened souls have to come forward and to pool in one’s enlightenment

Teachers skills and knowledge require upgrades. An online platform with mobile access will go a long way. At the same time we must develop a way to assess and reward the BEST teachers..

At this age students should be taught vedas brahma vakyas to instill in them -to go for knowing that by which everything is known . there were people who had done it with very strong observation power & practical skills . Nature is also a resource to be used carefully . Another trait is unselfishness from swami Vivekananda & others at 15 a child should be able to take care of his needs cooking ,eating personal & community hygiene & help others & have respect for all dignity of labour

Firstly primary meaningful primary education should become a prat of our education motto. "CATCH THEM YOUNG" if we can positively bring changes in those creative and aspiring minds, then our children can be truly our flag -bearers in near future. Then we should try to create infrastructure at larger level for education and also try to bring in quality teaching. In our country, we have to crate a passionate pool of teachers which will go a long way in serving our nation. RTE Act should be cared.
