The use of proprietary software should be banned and only FOSS should be used and encouraged in the Schools and government offices.
This would lead to zero piracy of software besides saving billions of rupees spent on proprietary software.

Teachers are well paid and enjoying many holidays. They should be given some assignment on social activities (popularize new schemes, educating people on new initiatives of the govt). Students shall be involved in vocational / short time jobs ( change the law accordingly)

Once the student has got Primary Basic Education, the purpose of Secondary Education is to help him/her in identifying the aptitude, inclination, interest & aspirations of students and then helping them in getting secondary education relevant & fruitful to them in later life. The more customised Secondary Edu. that we provide, the students will have better career planning based on the understanding of their aptitude & interest.Senior Sec.Edu. should help in achieving proficiency in their chosen field

Classes XI & XII is for choosing 1 specific field & gaining competency in that particular field. For eg. Student who has aptitude for Sports (as shown by CCE at Class VI-VII) and has taken part in various Sports/Games at Class VIII-X level, the student should choose 1 Sport/ Game for Classes XI-XII based on his Competency,Performance & Aptitude as shown at Class VIII-X level. This way the student will choose his profession at early age of 16-18, giving him/her advantage of early starter
