I request you to kindly consider: In a home if there are six members; one earning + five dependents cant there be income tax exemption for at least certain extent where in comparison with two/more earnings? I mean, cant the IT calculations be imposed for a family rather than individuals?

I WOULD LIKE TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TOWARDS VERY LOW PAID DEFENCE CIVILIAN CLERKS (LOWER DICISION CLERK) AND UDC WHO ARE VERY LOW PAID WITH A GRADE PAY OF ONLY 1900/- WHERE AS OFFICERS ARE GETTING MORE THAN ONE LAKH PER MONTH THE PAY COMMISSION HAS ONLY BENEFIT THE OFFICER AND GROUP D EMPLOYEES BUT NO ATTENTION TO GROUP C AND GROUP B EMPLOYEES AS WE ARE SUFFERING A LOT WITH FINANCIAL ASPECT AND ALSO DUE TO LOT OF POSTING TRANSFER TO SUBORDINATE STAFF AND NOT SAVE MORE AS FAR FROM OUR HOME TOWN

practice , which we have devised for the Purchase of Equipment and medicines in our govt hospitals. People who are rich and insured will go to private hospitals , but what about the poor , who cannot afford a better treatment. Cant we have honest and transparent purchase system across India?

Universal reporting formats at all levels, through out the country. Formats which have meaning, from which one can extract some information. e.g. MCTS, what action is taken against those who fail to fill the info. Get up and see the back log. Lakhs of such names are still in first trimester, where in fact the baby would be taking immunisation at present.

In the name of purchasing the lowest bid offer , Dealers and Companies are supplying low cost Chinese Medical Devices. Products should be purchased based on Quality if we do not have any indigenous product. Apart from this , the people who are making the technical specification for the products to be purchased are incompetent and do not understand the Medical Device technology. So basically what we are doing is , building a unhealthy India. Our children will also suffer from the same unhealthy

I would like to bring your attention towards the E tendering process ( which is said to be very transparent ) in NRHM/ Govt hospital purchase across India. Even after E tendering process there is lot of corruption in the medical device purchase as well in medicine purchase. It would be better to have a centralized server for all E tendering process with recording of Commercial and Technical bid on CCTV , copy of which should be uploaded on the centralized server. We are wasting taxpayers money.

Government must accept - ANM is overloaded. With an average salary of 35000/- per month, population average 8000, still not working...why??? Now toh contractual ANM is there with salary of 6000/- she works coz of fear of getting terminated. Then may be the best solution is to have contractual hard working staff rather than permanent on.

The next gen ANM should be able to check on her tablet, how many children have received vaccination, those who have not - have they taken from private centers. Those who are out of town , have they taken it at the other place. How many couples need contraception? The family survey must be in an app form with her.
