There is scarcity of doctors and service providers in many states but still private providers are not being involved in true spirit. Chiranjivi health scheme for private providers was so successful in Gujrat but it has not been replicated in other states. Government can look into it.

The medicines prescribed by most of the Health care specialists are also exorbitantly costly and the concept of bulk / generic drugs leading to cheaper medicines need to be introduced in this policy.

There is a tussle going on in Maharashtra over the Cashless Medi-claim scheme. The Hospitals and the Insurance companies are at logger heads, resulting in great hardships to the common Insured person. This is due to Dis-agreement between the two on the STANDARD Rates for various treatments. These need to be done across the nation with a suitable band ( Accounting for the so called Special Skill set ) so that it brings about a sense of Transparency in the Treatment costs.

Sir, 1) Clean safe drinking water should be available to each individual of our country ,for this numbers of programme to be implemented in both rural and urban areas. 2. The sources of water should be revived through making short term policy, PHD of govt should completely associate with the common people. The bureaucrat/officials should go to field on weekly basis to know the actual difficulties regarding drop of water, same procedure should be followed to available water to farmers.

One limit of medical exemption does not fits the whole populations. We should identify ways so that PAN ID can include the complications that a person's dependents are having. Thus the medical exemption available to that person is automatically increased based on the complications he or his dependents are having.

Diabetes management for juvenile, young and old citizens needs some special attention: Support to bring down cost of glucose monitoring as more patients can monitor their blood glucose, the better they can manage diabetes. This reduces greatly the risk of subsequent and high risk complications like organ failure, etc. Also typical diabetes management cost comes to Rs.~8000 per month. The medical exemption of 15000 is too low for a family of single earning. .
