Real estate is one area where all the BLACK MONEY is parked within india. All land registrations should be done only through Aadhar based and the seller and buyer should furnish aadhar along with the registration.

Those people who pay income tax already and who have been instrumental in developing the nation should not be deprived of the benefits like losing the subsidy for LPG. Those people who do not pay income tax or not assessees should be made to pay tax by scrutiny. Based upon the aadhar card list people should be made to show aadhar card in the event of them spending more than rs 10000

There are 80 percent poor and middle class people in India. Only 20 percent is rich and highly affordable. The government has not taken or announced any thing towards agriculture policy. Interlinking of rivers and increased and modern cultivation has not been stressed. The budget should focus more on aagriculture which is the bread winner for the entire country. We become insufficient in food and cannot eat cakes

Issue Aadhar number from any date (say..Aug 15, 2015) for all the new born and it should be recorded in the birth certificate. This should be made mandatory for school admissions and should be recored in the TC (School Transfer Certificate) and Mark certificates. Capture bio-metric details during 10th, Plus 2 or after the age of 18 after the maturity of the bio-metric feature physicaly. Country will have 100% Aadhar coverage for all from the date of announcement. We derive lot of other benefit

There is no point in evolving a health policy if it runs contrary to FSSAI act. even Dal and Roti is subject to debate in FSSAI act. PM should intervene on the plethora of cases thrown to the judiciary to adjudicate. RDA is of paramount importance to each inhabitant of India. That should take care. JOHN JACOB

I would like to bring up the following data collected by the former Planning Commission: http://data.gov.in/resources/immunization-status-children-12-23-months/download It shows that immunization coverage in India still has a long way to go. Considering human capital is our most critical resource, it is important that the government make a push to achieve complete coverage of this basic care requirement within its first term itself.
