farmers across India are supplied free electricity to power irrigation pumpsets round the year. This results in colossal under-recoveries to State Electricity boards, in addition to poweer theft and distribution losses. Since most agricultural villages and towns enjoy ample sunshine, solar power initiatives should be launched to store and power such irrigation needs. There are many proven examples all over India where street lighting is power by solar panels sponsored by industry.

Insurance limits cost. Disease doesn't. Insurance doesn't cover irregular illness. It does not cover diagnostic expenses. There are several diseases which invite good expenditure but do not come under purview of existing insurance policies but such diseases often lead to death due to missing of in time diagnosis. So we must ponder over diagnostic facility easily available for all. Salary of health related workers should be controlled by Govt. of Union. Less salary discourages or demoralises.

National health policy's main aim should be 'health for all'. This feat can be achieved in 10-20 years. Most of diseases comes due to deficiency of vitamin and other nutrients, indigestion of food in stomach because if nutritious food is not digested completely then body's health is imbalanced and immunity also becomes low. Hence we should eat food with high lipids, carbohydrates and proteins and vitamins called as 'saatvik ahar'

Effectively checking and controlling adulteration of all foods and in particular adulteration of milk which so rampant all over the country. Adulterated food is the biggest menace to good health. In the same manner checking and regulating sodium, sugar and Monosodium Glutamate(Ajina moto) in packaged food etc should be given utmost priority. The Food & Drug Administration and Dept of health must be under same ministry. Guide lines for use of Antibiotics must be evolved & enforced.
