I vote for the Net Neutrality which in the true sense means access to Everything at anytime. I strongly reject the definition of Net Neutrality defined by the telecom services. I don't understand why we have to pay more when we have already paid. I don't want third party to dictate the people what they have to do.

YOU ARE KILLING THE MODI'S DREAM OF INNOVATIVE AND DIGITAL INDIA. BOBODY AFTER THIS PATHETIC DECISION WILL BE ABLE TO INNOVATE WITHOUT LICENSING. ZERO INTERNET OR DIFFERENTIAL DATA PLANS ARE ONLY GOOD FOR TELECOM OPERATORS AND ONLY THEY ARE FAVOURING THIS PAPER. EVERYONE ELSE INCLUDING ME WANTS NET TO BE NEUTRAL AND AS IT IS.

Real definition: "#NetNeutrality is the principle that ISPs and governments should treat all data on the Internet equally, not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content, site, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or mode of communication" Source:Wikipedia. Get this: #NetNeutrality DOES NOT mean making a FEW sites available for free to all users and most other sites chargeable.
ALL THE SITES-AT THE SAME RATE-TO EVERYONE.

Net Neutrality means access to EVERYTHING without discrimination
Don't allow telecom operators to change the definition of Net Neutrality. Net Neutrality means access to EVERYTHING on the Internet, without discrimination. Access for everyone is a different goal — universal access. We support universal access, but it must be to the public Internet, not some private walled garden. Don't allow telcos to split the internet and become gatekeepers of what the next 1 billion Indians can access.
