In case private vehicles are to be allowed, the same can be done by levying a resonable amount. The condition of roads also should be improved. General awareness to be created before implementing the proposal.

We should be able to strengthen public transport system and improve the quality also. Private vehicles should not be allowed to enter cities without having adequate number of passengers. Border to be fixed for all cities and private vehicle parking facilities are to be arranged at the boarder of all the cities. After the boarder only public trasport should be allowed and in case private vehicles are to be allowed, the vehicle should have a minimum number of passengers only

To control the traffic we have make a rule that all the govt. viechele have to be under collectorate Administration where every viechele have an GPS device. Each viechle have to be on contract basis. Govt. will never buy any viechele they have to submit all the GPS location report to the DM. He will confirm that there is no govt. viechele is miss used.

Impose high taxes from private vehicles and at the same time improve better government transport services at low charges...
Then people will reduce the usage of their own vehicles and travel in govt. services.

Before issuing Driving License a necessary rule booklate and a movie which shows the Unsafety due to Helmat and accident due to speed and all other necessary messages.
Driving over 40 km/h in the city and 60km/h on the highway is prohabbited(banned).
