Car pooling is best way....
Inspite of using their personal vehicles people must use public transports.

Control of Traffic - Dadra & Nagar Haveli :-
1. Public transport - deployment of more buses
2. Pooling of vehicles for dropping the kids to schools
3. Educating the public about peak hours and avoiding driving during that duration
4. Building ring roads and more flyovers
5. Informing citizens to restrict owning multiple vehicles

I also have great idea that government should help as well as appreciate people who share their car ride,
for example,
I am working at X destination and I daily travelling by my own car,
some of people are living at my area are also travelling to same destination at same time,
so we should go together
its can help to reduce traffic, pollution, fuel consumption also it will help to get secured.

I have a very good idea on how to decongest small roads in cities like Dadra Nagar Havelli and Thane, Mumbai. I have attached a pdf file that outlines the idea. Please all kindly see.
The idea is: AN INTRA-SUBURBAN SUSPENDED CABLE BASED TRANSPORT SYSTEM.

Instead of taking challan . I think that government should start a new mission in which the Traffic Police can fine those without Helmet and collect the fine and give them Helmet . By this plan the dream of India for road safety can be accomplished
