Indian Olympic Association (IOA) is the National Olympic Committee of India and is recognized by the International Olympic Committee. IOA is, inter alia, responsible for the preparation and participation of Indian sportspersons and teams in the Olympic Games as well as in Regional events like Commonwealth and Asian Games. The other responsibilities undertaken by the IOA include deciding the organisation of National Gamesand promoting and developing the Olympic Movement.

National Sports Federations (NSFs) are responsible for promotion and development of specific sports disciplines. Conduct of National championships and participation of Indian sportspersons and teams of a specific sports discipline in World Championships, Asian Championships and Commonwealth Championships, among others, is responsibility of the concerned NSF.

IOA and NSFs are autonomous bodies registered under Societies Registration Act. Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has been insisting with IOA and NSFs to ensure transparency and good governance in their functioning and selection of sportspersons for participation in international tournaments.

Keep Politicians away from Selection & Decision making committes. Make every selection process transparent using technology.Keep handsome rewards to the winners both payers & selectors.Encourage all sports equally and not only Cricket.

Technology is the most effective tool for ensuring transparency in any field and not just Indian Olympic Association and National Sports... Creating online portals for every transaction that can be visible to the whole nation. Reducing man power doesn't always mean increasing unemployment but it leads to introducing the workers with new tech. thus shaping the future of the a digital country!

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life. Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

We have been seeing many women harrassment cases by higher officials.Corruption in usage of Fund.Just Make IOA And NSFs like BCCI.Make a Single BoD who is responsible directly to Minstry For thier funds reqirments and its usage report.And same for fair selection process of selection committee.about 6 to 8 Small Centers dhould be provided for all over country according to Zones for direct selsction of playres.All procedure should be public through brodcasting modes like BCCI.

EVERYTHING IS GOING FINE- LET THE NEXT SIX MONTHS BE TAKE OFF TIME AND PLEASE TRAVEL ALL THE STATES AND MEET THE PEOPLE. Water and Road problem shud be tackled on war footing. Carry out test check. Tamil Nadu needs full cleaning if BJP has to be the Alternative Party.

A chariot can run faster if all the Horses run together in same direction. This is not happening- that is why so many arrows being fired. We need action taken mail and not acknowledgement mail- please advise the Ministers.

People are renaming ministry of SocialInjustice&Disempowerment of Sri Tawar.This ministry shud function on the Lines of Disaster recovery alias disaster management.If it functions on war footing why go to courts etc.eg 15mails sent & speed postET077127436IN/23/5/15. What is the Use of Pouring ghee on dead mans mouth. Many of Ministries shud be reshaped as if it is going to counter some disaster- not the usual dragging of feet.Therefore take immediate action Prime Minister Ji

GOI needs to bring the sports professionals like Gopichand, Paes, Indian cricket legends like Sachin, Dravid etc. and other sport professionals into IOC and NSF and take their inputs on how should these bodies should work and act on respective sports. GOI must sack IOC and NSF heads and revamp their structure based on inputs form sporting professionals .GOI have to provide funds to build necessary infrastructure needed for respective sport academies. #MyGov #Sportsperson

Third gender (Shikandi) is the only choice to eradicate corruption at any level. Because being a third gender they cannot marry or could have their own children. so third gender people cannot be as selfish as the normal people, so definitely they will not stash their money at any foreign Banks.

The foremost thing would be to formulate a dynamic committee capable of identifying the issues and the situation on the grass root level(rural and urban India). Committee should be jointly spearheaded by a political person and a former athlete.There should be sub committees for all the states and UT's jointly managed in the same manner(one political and one sports from same state). Under the sub committees, enrollments can be made further.Quarterly review of theses committees should be mandatory
