-have voting from sports arena players they think fit for the top notches and not politicians.
-have policies discussed and voted upon by players
-held accountability by the responsible people by clear distinction in power and letting everyone know it through by social media.
-put where public money is going to be known.
-have a clear record and answerable authority of who was selected and why?
-synchro between state and centre sports authority and keep political intervention out.

it's high time that cricket be given less publicity. the so called cricketers earn massive amount of money and lead the life of a celebrity whereas other sports persons who have participated in global events are not recognized by fellow citizens.it is pathetic and very disgraceful.the cricketers before they reach thirty years of age amass such amount of wealth that other sports organisations can be run by that wealth, other sports persons find it difficult to meet their daily needs.

Here is my views.
1. Remove all political persons to run sports authorities.
2. Only National, states or international award winners to set up policies for sports management
3. Management of Sports authority by CEO style, not cooperative style, for better management
4. No political interference allowed in selection
5. Doping test of all sports person prior to leaving for international competitions.

I believe that there must be a official website of olympic association which contains all information about their centres,
provided facilities,
how to enter by participants,
contact numbers of respected officials,
information given at college level on notice boards to ensure maximum reach,
official sports magazines should be published in electronic form.

There should be some scouting network for all sports (like in big football leagues) which can track best sportsmen from small tribal area to metros, also in sports dept. officials is only made limited to lisening, not for selection or manage sportsman, there should be experience sports persons who can taken care of this,,

Officials that should present in #IndianOlympicAssociation should not be big bureaucrats but the real #Sportsperson who have a fair feeling for the game, also they should be accompanied by philosophers and officials from authorities like Finance,Gramin Vikas,Children And Women departments etc. Positions for former and respected sportsmen could ensure their quality of life, they should not face situations like Major Dhyanchand who suffered a lot although being such a quality sportsperson.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.
