Themembers of the comitteshould not be people who have not particupated in any sports event. Atleast distruct level winners state and national and world level winners from each state should be there in committes for each sport. National sports meet and state meets should check players strictly for non usage of drugs. All diatrict level players and above myst be provided jobs and pension for life like defence services. Sine they left education to concentrate on sports.

The voting rights structure nreds to be modifies. All states, centre and persons with honours from govt or olynpics or national chamipions must be members. Those who have won medals that is sportspersons will have weightage in voting to decide on any decision. National sports expenditure must be increased anually 10% and all sports goods sold will have sports cess to help build sports in india.petrol and diesel should have Rs.1 allocated in total price to sports then only public will understand.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

I strongly believe and suggest the top body of both IOA and NSF's should be mixture of good administrators along with the former players/champions in equal numbers. Only players can understand the plights of the budding players. This will make the body well balanced with palyer experience and administrative experience and we may be abe to produce world class champoins and may win few gold's in olympics.
