Ideas given in earlier post can be elaborated and comprehensive systems can be developed for implementation. Only Honorable Prime Minister with charismatic personality can implement these measures.

We need fierce movement for "Swachh Mann" which will lead to Swachh, Swasth, Su-sanskrit, Shaktishali and Shromani Bharat. Five drastic measures got to be implemented to transform mentality of society. Make/force them to 1. rise at 4am n go to bed at 10pm 2. attend for one hour at 5am spiritual discourses, yoga, health, gym ,sports centers etc. 3. do at least 6 hours social service per week 4. Govern media strictly from spreading vices, bad news, negativity 5. Make punishments more stern.

Sir, I agree as per CVC view, use of IT not only as comfort but also to combat corruption. How ever do we have any system to check corruption inbuilt in the software itself. The common man of India feel there is something wrong in IRCTC railway booking software. But we do not have any body to audit the software, to lock the software file once published etc. I propose on the similar line of CAG a body to be formed of software Engineer professional to audit the Sanity of the online softwares.

Our recent trip to the Wagah border was a waste of time, money, energy and most importantly a colossal WASTE OF FUEL. So many tourist taxis ply a distance of about 30 kms one way from Amritsar ferrying patriotic tourists who are not even able to catch a glimpse of what is happening at the border gates.
It is suggested that this tour be conducted by Punjab tourism with online booking facility with seat numbers. All seats should be numbered in the stands. Only limited number of tourist be allowed
