The Group A and B officers of Central Govt. Services are reimbursed the cost of newspapers and magazines, telephone / mobile calls. Even though they can afford for the same, almost all of them submit inflated bills so this too in one type of corruption and needs to be curbed. Such type of reimbursements must be stopped as a first step towards austerity measures announced by Govt. recently.

Nuclear irradiation centres need to be setup at all mandal headquarters and district headquarters in PPP mode. Emphasis on throughout availability of service with proper plannning and implementation. (approximately 5500 locations in the country).
2. Spray dried powders generation facility to be made for tamoto onions etc. to be available whenever there is acute shortage and distribution through PDS is emphasized

On Radio, Please do not limit to explaining what we are doing to get the black money back. Pls tell the nation the plans you have- to ensure black-money free nation. Pls explain the importance of Jan Dhan Yojna. Through a reform,100% transactions can be on-line through banks by plastic cards. And over a period all major denomination currency notes shall cease to exist. That leads to corruption/black-money free nation.That's possible only when 100% people have bank accounts. Jai Hind

To fullfil the need of India most imp is the management of transportation from producers to consumers.A group or committee should be formed so that they transport it within a week or so after harvesting.

FREEZE DRYING PLANTS FOR FRUITS &VEGETABLES- IF BUILT NEAR METRO CITIES-WILL CREATE GOOD MARKET, AS IN THESE CITIES BUYING CAPACITY WILL ALSO BE THERE.FREEZE DRIED PRODUCTS WILL HAVE THE ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE OF RETAINING THE NUTRIENTS OF THE FRUIT / VEGETABLE BROUGHT FROM THE FARM, ESPECIALLY FROM AN ORGANIC FARM.

50% of our post harvest produce gets wasted in supply chain.there is a need for an organised,efficient and convenient supply chain management.infrastructure and capacity building should be the prime focus. apmc act should be amended.proper technologies should be made use of.
