If govt wish to ensure no farmer subside. They can have skill development mission of driving license. Evey taluka must have a virtual motor driving school to give free motor driving training to all above 14 year of age. Auto.Taxi , commercial domestic driver can earn easily 10K per month

Ji we must have solar powered cold storage centers for every 2-3 villages. The storage centers must be at a walk able distance from village. Storage centers must be done with PPP model. Storage must be free of cost. Storage center can take up to 15% of the profit if it sells, if the farmer sells then he must pay a monthly rent. Just like how Amul collects milk, vegetables must be collected and supplied at the needed places. Minimum support price must be declared for all vegetables/fruits.

First of all we need to have a projection of expected output from the farmers in respective area. If the same has been forcasted well in advance, it's consumption can be planned,
1. Sale for consumption
2. Process the same for food products
3. Export, wherever applicable
4. Remaining can be stored in Cold storage house.
Also, making everyone aware about usage of right food in right season would be add on to this suggestion, e.g. Mango should be demanded and consumed betwn specific period

Answer is getting railways to be used effectively and also build cold storage. Today railways has around 115000 kms of track, that covers a great portion and if we increase the usage and also frequency, we should help connect various towns n cities to villages! The connect along with building improved railway network and speedy train will build a stable and connected network, this should help improve supply chain and help improve productivity and avoid wastage of food also it will be economical

high standard cold storage system be encouraged in private and govt.sectors. The cold storage vehicles should also encouraged to be manufactured and moved with GPS system. The system where the demand for the products is high should be well informed to farmers through agriculture and commerce departments by internet hub. Instead of wasting time by agriculture department in office works they should always coordinate with farmers duly keep informing about the demand of different products.
