Namaste Modiji, your government is keen to make the life of senior citizens easier. But LIC of India is inconsiderate and fails to reply senior citizens emails for queries on their stopped pension annuity payment. It is sending multiple reminders for premium payment, but not sending second reminders/alerts regarding stopped payments. It is failure of sovereign guarantee by a PSU to stop payment of annuity without reminders. Sir, Please advise LIC to be considerate. Tks.

effective offices are essential prerequisite for efficient governance .all types of apps will help , but ill organised offices can not give good governance. this subject never taught , exhaustive instructions do not exist. all offices have to have two sets of --basic standing orders --- first - common to each and every office -second ---relating to the service they provide now with many apps availabl . but without first one all will be very very small use .MATTER PERTAINS DEPT OF ADM REFORM

Sir, poor Mobile network is a big hurdle in Ease Of Living. Now very limited operators are active, call drop,no signal, Poor data speed restrains people to communicate properly. Serious efforts to be made to improve telecom sector.

Respected Sir, one of the greatest problems, in the country is reservation. The difference between the most developed countries and our country is that , they appointed who deserved and we appointed who were reserved. Instead of reservation , govt. could provide scholarships to the backward class. Or, the reservation should be given on the basis of economical status, not on the basis of caste

Sir, I would like to point out that in education deptt. a student should have score minimum 33-35% to pass or to qualify for further studies. On the other hand in a professional/higher studies like MBBS and BDS a student is eligible having only 18%. What a joke. A student getting 18% becomes a Doctor of our country. Matter should be reconsidered.
