while submitting IT returns most of the common people doesn't want to pay fee to the auditor. Government should employ or keep an IT extension office at Tahshils to submit their regular returns on free of cost to ease the IT procedure. Same time every individual who is obtaining PAN should be given a booklet of details of IT. which may increase the tax assessies.

Police verification for issuance of passports involving visit by the police to the citizens home as also requiring visit of the citizen to the police and submission of documents to be done away with. The passport office should communicate directly online with the requisite police and obtain e-clearance on absence of criminal record in the name of the applicant before issuing passport.

Top 100 cities and towns should have portals where citizens can log online complaints for potholes, uncleared garbage, & other civic issues. Complaints to be directed to the local office of corporator, MP, & MLA. Citizen should be issued a e-ticket number. On resolution, the feedback of the complainant citizen on the level of satisfaction to be obtained. The day to day dashboard of complaints, resolutions and satisfaction to be displayed on the website of the civic body.

sacking wastes from slaughterhouse and loading it in some vehicles, and throwing it out on road sides or bushes has become the one of the common scene in countryside, and they gain rs 400 per sack of waste.they move wastes from one place to another and make that place polluted instead of proper decomposing.i have an attachment of newspaper report, this is from kerala - Karnataka border . it pollutes and spreads decease. i wish some strict action to be follower.

All major cities to mandate hawking zones in each locality to ensure that footpaths and roads are set free for pedestrians and vehicles respectively.
No parking to be mandated and monitored rigorously on all key roads in major cities.

eGoverance is very useful all citizens irrespective of race, language, status, caste, etc but it is very slow. For example State Government of Tamil Nadu implemented issuance of eCertificates but it gets delayed to get the eCertificate like income certificate. I know one applicant submitted application on June 20, 2018 but still after 13 days it is not yet issued. Time limit should be implemented to issue eCertificates by State Government Authorities. SMS & eMail Notifications should be issued
