Sir, Water is essential for survival. In areas where there is acute shortage of water and during summer, instead of using water for sanitation, people can be advised for using paper cloth wipers for sanitation purposes after toiletting. This can help to save water to a large extent.

People, especially senior citizens dread stepping into government offices, for fear of walking into the trap of touts and losing financially. Something has to be done to alleviate the apprehensions of the citizens and give them comfort. Installations of adequate number of functional CCTVs, detailed closure report of the grievances with the signature of the residents concerned and the presence of a respectable person in society while sorting out issues of serious nature may help.

Sir, Recently I had approached the City Ration Officer at Ernakulam, Kerala for renewing my Ration Card. Despite producing my old Ration Card the Officials are insisting that I produce Income Certificate, Residence Certificate etc. I hold an APL ration card. Where's the requirement for an Income Certificate?Where is the requirement for a Residence Certificate when I am producing my Old Ration card? This kind of Red Tape makes life of citizens extremely difficult.Thanking You. Jai Hind !

Sir, the best way possible for improving the 'Ease Of Living' of Indians is to Uproot Corruption from the Grass Root level of the Government Organisations. So far your Government has done a commendable job on this front, by setting a Personal Example Yourself. However, since corruption is deeply rooted among the Government Officials it will take lot more effort on your part to uproot it.Thanking You. Jai Hind !

All we need is transparency in each department about the funds inflow and outflow. (As each budget we talk about thousands of crores, actually common man is unable to see it). And Train Government employees in all department to work allocated hours efficiently (without expecting anything from common man).

SIR I M GST CONSULTANT AND I HAVE BEEN GETTING NEW CLIENTS WHO HAS NOT FILED THEIR GST RETURN FROM THE DATE OF THEIR REGISTRATION. DUE TO WORKING CAPITAL ISSUES.PER DAY PENALTY IS INCREASING DAY BY DAY AND BEING A NEW SMALL BUSINESS STARTER THEY CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY PENALTY MORE THAN THEIR TOTAL TURNOVER.
HENCE GIVE OPPORTUNITY TO FILE RETURNS AT NIL PENALTY BE GIVEN TO THEM SO THAT THEY CAN CONCENTRATE ON THEIR BUSINESS, OTHERWISE THEY WILL CLOSE THE BUSINESS

Rename Vijaya Bank as Bharatha Vijaya Bank and merge State Bank of India to it sir. Both of them are government banks.

Sir Ease of doing business is good... We also need ease of paying tax by linking our bank account to income tax bank account. Entering amount and clicking Pay Tax button should directly transfer our tax to government. This facility must be available in all online banking software.
