Marketing tie-up arrange with several other companies. So commercial gas consumer should offer discount coupon of hotel, ready-made garments, free talk time of mobile of BSNL etc.etc
This way commercial consumer will pay high price of LPG and 90% conversion will stop. I am open for detail discussion. Experiment in one city.

LPG gas cooking is not good for health. but steam cooking is good for health. Scientific way a research to be conducted, which tell the benefits and harm of different type of cooking option - coal, wood, gas, electric, steam, sand, solar and microwave etc. etc. This information will motive people to reduce the consumption of LPG and kerosene. I am open for detail discussion.

NCAER has reported leakage/diversion of PDS kerosene as 38.6 per cent. In 2009-10, we had proposed to MOPNG for bottling of PDS kerosene where the bottles were on returnable basis. The system proposed was ensuring availability to consumers, utilization and cross check with application of the used label in the ration card. At the same time, Industrial Kerosene oil at market price to be bottled was also proposed so that the black market of PDS kerosene was restricted/stopped. NOBLE & NOVEL PROJECT

gas agencies should perform a survey in there areas of every customer that they deliver gas, reach to there home ask them to fill a form involving details about members living and earning, ask for copy of bank statement and last 2 years of IT return. Then analyse forms and documents. The person who does not have IT return and who have IT return but does not falls into tax giving bracket should get subsidised gas only.
