Move vehicles off lpg by stopping sales of lpg kits and closure of lpg stations in say 5 years time to enable existing users to switch.

Unfortunately I personally think removal of subsidy on LPG for use as cooking gas may be more problematic. People from lower strata of life and small shops will switch back to coal and by starting to add more to the air pollution problem. I instead, think that piping gas for final mile delivery would be a much better solution, with metering at customer premises so that users can track usage, and inflow and outflow metering at gas dealer stations. This system can be implemented at most cities.

LPG:
1. All govt sector and banking sector employees except fourth class servants in respective institutions shouldn't been benefited with subsidies.
2. All income tax payee staff of private factories, industries and company sectors also shouldn't been benefited with subsidies.
3. subsidies should be provided to all labour class, poor middle class and hostalite students.
4. Annual limit of subsidized LPG shouldn't be more than nine.
Kerosene:
kerosene depot k ration card ki imvestigation honi chaiye ki card holders ko kerosene oil mil rha h b ya nhi....kyuki depot wale card holders ko kayi trh k bahaane bna kr kerosene oil ka quota cut gya aur unke quota k kerosene oil ko black krdia jata h.

1,39,869 crore IF THIS AMOUNT IS SPENT IN ONE YEAR FOR SUBSIDY THEN GOVT OF INDIA SHOULD REVIEW THE POSSIBILITY OF SOLAR COOKER OPTION INCLUDING PRICE AND PERFORMANCE IF SINGLE TIME INVESTMENT IN SOLAR COOKER MIGHT BE HIGHER BUT WITHING COUPLE OF YEAR USE IT WILL BE CHEAPEST OPTION THEN LPG OR KEROSENE. THEN GOVT SHOULD HAVE DEFINED POLICY FOR EXISTING LPG & KEROSENE USER TO USE SOLAR COOKER MANDATORY AND I THINK LESS AMOUNT WILL BE SPENT TO GIVE SOLAR COOKER RATHER THAN PRESENT SUBSIDY

1-Ban SMALL CYLINDERS
2-LPG MODELS OF LMV
3-Reduce the number of subsidized cylinders from 12 to 9
4-NUMBER CODING ON CYLINDERS, SO THE OWNER OR DEALER CAN BE VERIFIED.

SUBSIDY TO THESE PRODUCTS SHOULD ON ECONOMICAL STATUS BASIS.RICH PEOPLE DO NOT REQUIRE ANY SUBSIDY. DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDERS ARE USED IN PVT VEHICLES.STRICT ACTION TO BE INITIATED BY RTO & POLICE.NUMBER OF SUBSIDIZED CYLINDERS SHOULD BE ON NUMBER OF FAMILY MEMBERS IN FAMILY.FOR AN AVERAGE FAMILY OF 2 ADULT & 2 KIDS REQUIRES 01 CYLINDER IN 1.5 MONTH. HENCE NO. OF SUBSIDIZED CYLINDERS TO BE 7-8 PER YEAR.STRICT ACTION FOR USING DOMESTIC CYLINDERS FOR COMMERCIAL USAGE.

Before taking the decision to transfer the subsidy directly to consumer account, the system designed for it should be full proof. In future it should not happen that, such subsidy is cancelled and the poor will be more poorer.

Further to what I said the limit of 12 subsidised cylinders should be brought down to 6 immdtly. Excess goes for diversion on large scale. A genuine kerosine customer rarely gets kerosine at subsidised rate .Who's monitoring this? In fact LPG penetration in urban/semi areas is so deep do you really need to release such huge allocation of SKO in these areas .Distribution of subsidised SKO needs a relook .Is it reaching the deserving people at the subsidised rate .No it is not .
