Digital machines with paper print recpt issues by hokers which enter connection number he saw all family members photo on machine will issue cylinder only family members. It can reduces fake entries. Reduces work load from agency office & godowns it can help to reduce man power. All work should be online that's will decreases crouptions. Cross examination about technician who will individually available at agencies he is meager roll play at any incident conditions.

LPG connections are 30% to 40% in all agencies are fake. This is Maher lose of government because not think about hokers who delivering home to home cylinder. Increases margin of dealers as well as hokers. Subsidies gives only those who are below on poverty line. It can measure by collect only subsidiary connection data and by own professional team then you will find there are most person having 20 to 30 connections. Family photo should be attach with connection and issue digital slip to hokers.

Kerosene & LPG should be susidized only for population below poverty level. MR shops should regulated to prohibit selling of kerosene to rich class. This will reduce govt burden. We should enable more of solar engery for lighting and household use.

OM Shri Krushnay Namah...
OM Shri SuryaNarayanay Namah...
We can eliminate need of LPG & Kerosene with the use of "SOLAR PANELS & HYBRID (Electric/GOVAR GAS) Range"...
Bharat is blessed with sunlight for almost 8-10 months... & during monsoon GOVAR Gas plant, Hydro plant,...
If we can use same amount of subsidy amount in providing SOLAR PANELS, within 3 years I think all household in Bharat will be equipped with "GREEN COOKING"...

Subsidy should be linked to use that is those using less than 150kg a year should get each gas cylinder at cost of Rs.22 per kg to be paid in advance to gas company yearly basis by a household those using more than 150 kg have to pay Rs.44per kg in advance so commercial leakage prevented similar is the way for kerosene.

I suggest development of a LPG Smart Card for all the customers by all the Oil Corporations and the delivery boys should be equipped with mobile card readers to catch the data of a customer at the delivery along with signature in the bill.A EOD process by the OCs should verify it.

I feel the best solution is to give a lumpsum of subsidy money to the people's bank account annually rather than giving money every time one books a cylinder, thus the person will try to book the lowest possible numbers of cylinders so that he can keep some money in bank.
