First change colour of subsidy cylinder & kerosene oil. Secondly there should be strong corruption free enforcement agency with a mobile district level judge so that time wasted in proving crime could be eliminated. If we start punishing for misuse of subsidy cylinder then most of the people say 90% will not have enough courage to continue. The balance 10% people will misuse these cylinders either for survival of life or due to political approach.

The only way to improve this is that the all the hotels and dhabas shoud be stricted restricted for using domestic cycliners. Other than domestic use of the LPG should be strictly banned first

Our Govt should to look in the root of this problem, the pin points of diversions of Kerosene& Gas cylinders. All this problem may begins from this point, that is our PDS system & Supply Departments. If these two are cured ,all would be cured. Also strict monitoring of transit socks. If any big fish is exists, a lot of stocks become transit loss like our electricity, they dispatched from godowns , but never would arrived at destination physically and vice versa but arrived on books only.

1) Keep a stiff penalty for both the seller and buyer to act as a deterrent. 2) Make a small change in the nozzle at less cost, so that only the regulator supplied for domestic fits in. 3) Imbibe a sense of responsibility in all the citizens to through publicity on TV/Radio by eminent known persons with integrity. 4) Keep a Toll free No. for reporting this kind of misuse/diversion. 5) Regulators should be of Integrity and sincerity(heard in USA, there are more no.regulators to stop misuse/fraud

*1)very simple solution is attach subsidy with adhar card or voter id and transfer subsidy directly to beficiary account by tagging his refill advice collect non-subsidized amount from beneficiary but make sure that subsidy amount should be credited to his account before refill delivered.

Hello Sir, The best idea can be give different colors to Subsidized and Non-Subsidized goods. 1. The gas cylinder which is subsidized should have dark BLUE color 2. The gas cylinder which is non-subsidized should have dark RED colur 3. Similarly Subsidized kerosene should have Blue color in it and non subsidized should be crystal clear. To reduce corruption in system ask ppl to report black marketing of goods to ACB . When the given information found with evidence arrest ppl and reward informer

I think,Govt has to consider ration card and ideal family like Father,Mother,Daughter and Son and then have to give subsidy and if the person is government employee then it is better to give them no subsidy.

Apart from gas pipe system it would be more encouraging if we adopt the solar system which would not only discourage the danger and negative effects of kerosene in its handling but will also discourage the use of cylinder gas which would save on steel and transportation which effectively can be used for some other purpose.
