Or, the kerosene should be made available in market at it's actual price(without any govt subsidy) and subsidy amount should be transferred to the bank account of the consumers like in PAHAL Scheme.

The distribution of SK Oil (superior kerosene oil) through PDS (public distribution system) should be gradually reduced to zero as almost all parts of the country is being enlighten through electricity.
As the price of Kerosene is very less as compared to Diesel and as it is not consumed by a large section of the society, the diversion & black marketing of Kerosene has become very common. Kerosene is being used as fuel for vehicles.

Naye Domestic LPG connection ke quotation ki kimat consumer dwara gas company ke account me seedhe transfer karne ka system ban na chahiye, agenciyo ke pass paise ke len-den ka kaam nahi hona chahiye, agenciya sirf documentation ke kaam tak hi simit honi chahiye. Isse agenciya janta ko lut nahi payegi aur issey transparency badhegi. Aur sahi daam par naya gas connection kharidne me desh ke garib aur aam aadmi ko koi pareshani nahi hogi.

DBTL lacks coordination between Banks OMC's and Distributor. The subsidy will be availed by the poor who may not have banking knowledge. Better coordination and attitude is required.

Point-3) Consumer should get the last five transaction details in ATM slip form in regional language so that common people can check their last five transaction details; it will also help to stop black marketing.Point-4) Payments should be online or own demand so that common people may refrain from exploitation of high amount which is being charged by Gas agency at the time of new connection. Point-5) Government should ban to selling any product in Gas agency apart from Cylinder
