Sir, Please ask all gas agencies to ensure that the cylinders are not damaged and are not mishandled (like being thrown down while unloading from trucks etc). I want to utilise this forum for a safety concern of the delivery boys and the families who use such unsafe cylinders. Mere painting of old cylinders do not make them safe. We should also look at corrosion and physical damages due to mishandling or other reasons. Hope this concern reaches top people for their action.

Free market every product and transfer cash to account of eligible consumer. It will reduce black marketing of LPG and Kerosene and consumption too as people will feel the value of commodity if they pay proper

A major chunk of our thermal electricity is wasted running water pumps for farms. If we promote solar panel pumps as available in market, we can reduce wastage of power from petroleum and coal. Solar pumps must be made mandatory for farmers and govt can provide subsidy. The power grid failure last year could also be avoided if farmèrs had not opened their pumps in harayana and up etc. Solar panels can avoid this

"King Vikramaditya was a just and fair ruler of the kingdom of Ujjain. Besides his administrative duties he would also go in disguise to check on his citizens." Why cannot the Joint Secy move 'under cover' with a few required individuals and unearth problems/ instill fear of God in the errant 'inspectors'
