Sir, Rourkela is a Zone so we can not say it as a city or town. So we have to develop the total Zone. It is mini-India & nations pride.

Main development for roads with big holes and cracks and creatd nice rail stations, airport&Intelligent Mobility plays a vital role in all of it. Broadband, Wifi, Open/Big data, connected vehicles, Internet of Things(IOT), Public safety, Green Buildings, Citizen services, Education, healthcare are so mainly important.

Redevelopment: Area on 2nd entry side of Railway Stn Rourkelai.e. Madhusudanpalii/Malgodown area would be most appropriate area. The road connecting Basanti Colony to Konark Cinema should made clear of encroachment and widened.
