today, everyone wants to see India developing, and in this race of development we stared losing our villages, forest, natural resources and many more. to run such a country with having 1.2 billion people aspiring to fill their stomach, is it feasible for our country to feed such people plus developing our country. is it not possible to develop our villages without converting it into concrete boxes. is it not possible to preserve our old India where at the same time to be developed one?

For Every residential building rain water harvesting should be made compulsary. This will maintain the water table to be constant. No rivers, ponds ,waterbodies should not be backfilled with earth as it may affect the water table. Also some restrictions has to be made for septic tanks under ground level. I would suggest concrete retaining wall which should be properly waterproofed inside and outside. I think i will be a better idea for not contaminating the ground water.

It is essential to generate biophysical information that can be used to generate scenario, which in turn can help in local level planning and management of land and water resources in the watershed. This is a continuous process requiring attention at various level because of its inherent nature and the extant of interventions being made at various level and scale.

As our tradition , Each and every family duty is send a person to recover our water bodies and forests. Every village, intrested youths and volunteer must assemble beyond political, religion, cost and so on for recover and maintain their village water and forest resources at least monthly once. This habit should initiate by anyone. Our duty leads our Right. Government should encourage and reward such a Role models.

After my seven comments I would like to conclude that we can connect the rivers of the mainland to provide adequate supply of water in each states for both man and nature. This shall help us to progress in agriculture too, as droughts and floods would not occur and life and property can be saved from damage.
