States in Central India, that is, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh have few rivers like Son, Betwa and Chambal which can be utilized. Apart from this appropriate amount of rainfall allows sufficient amount of rainwater harvesting.

States like Oridhsa, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu receive less rainfall as the natural boundary of The Eastern Ghats run parallel to the moist winds of The Bay Of Bengal, but these states unlike the other southern states have an advantage of having rivers which they can utilise. The moderate amount of rainfall should also be harvested to save it for the future.

States like Goa, Maharashtra,Karnataka,Kerala and union territories of Daman And Diu and Dadra And Nagar Haveli have a natural barrier of The Western Ghats which block the moist winds from the Arabian Sea and create orographic rainfall. Rainwater harvesting can be used. The dry regions of these states can utilise the surplus remaining water or crystalization plants can be set up near coasts as an alternative way of providing water.

For states like Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand and the North-Eastern states of Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim have mountains to block moist winds and to create rainfall. These states can use rainwater harvesting. These also have many small perennial and non-perennial rivers which can be utilised.

With community participation, let us have small barrages at different spots of mountains & hills of south India. This plan will be very much useful at many parts of TAMILNADU, Karnataka, Andhra, Maharashtra etc. No submerging of property & habitations. So, low cost for implementation. No foreign technology. Each hill will be like overhead water tank & will be water source for summer. More moisture in the mountain leads to more vegetation & less soil erosion. Less CO2 + more of oxygen.

Sand is in high demand now. Govt. may permit excavation of silt from d back of dams & use d reservoir water to wash the silt to get sand & good quality soil. Benefits will be;[1] Silt, a major problems at each dam will get an outlet.[2] Sand which is in high demand will get an alternative source.[3] Fertile soil can be sent back to agri. Land to get better yield. [4] Silt taken out leads to better water percolation. [5] Most important advantage is dam will have more space to store water.

When people start to feel shame of Throwing waste anywhere, and do not copy others , who behaves bad manners and perform bad things, automatically Bharat will be clean in both means - hygienic and morally. Than no one can stop us being super power , who can lead world by way of peace.
