Realignment of ponds & pokhars at village level is need to be compulsory with honest intentions not for money making policies . Even than we will avail clean water to all as major consumption is used in irrigation. After that we should focus on desilting of nahars honestly & practically not in books. As it happens till date. Also aware farmers to give shramdaan in same. Than see how we will it be. Involvement of all citizens need to be compulsory as it is in all favour & benefit

3-Happened to visit Udaipur and went to Zoo. Any animal was dead near the cage of Saahi and smelled very bad, we left the place. There was no grass in deer cage. In one cage there was very much old filthy water. The panther was very sad. No proper cleanliness. The nainital zoo was very clean. I think all the animals must be sent to forests and should not be kept for the entertainment of public as they can be seen on NGC and on Internet. It seems that they are serving punishment for no fault.

it is very necessary to desalting the reservoirs already constructed.that can enhance the capacity of that structure.to maintain the policy of toll should be adopted with proper assistance of government aids.

Dear Sir, My humble request to Prime Minister of Hindustan to give justice to farmers of Marathwada region of Mahashtra for water. Here only one reservoir is made by State Government in 1964 then after no one make any further provision for this part & now every year no water for farmers & as a result farmers get insolvent which compell them to suicite. Dear Sir, Improving watershed management in village by making groups of farmers & then some part of all farmers can be used as common water pool for them can solve some extent water level. Same also possible where governments unused land is available in villages where reservoir can be made & connected to nearby farmers. सर्वगुणसंपन्न शिक्षक को शिक्षा व्यवस्था में लाना :- देश में चल रहें 70 से 80 प्रतिशत सरकार के द्वारा चलाये जा रहे स्कूलो में या तो शिक्षकों का भयंकर आभाव है या फिर हैं भी तो वे अपने कर्तव्यो का निर्वहन सही रूप से नहीं कर रहें हैं . हमें इन परस्थित्यों पर भी सुधार लाना होगा, तभी हमारें देश के छात्र-छात्राए आगे चल कर अच्छे समाज की स्थापना कर सकेगें, और हमारा देश अग्रणी देशों की श्रेणी में आ सकेंगा . इस विषय पर शेष अगले पत्र में ..

शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में प्रायोगिक शिक्षा पर बल :- अर्थात शिक्षा व्यवस्था में माध्य विद्यालयों से ही ऐसी विषयों को सामिल किया जाना चाहिये की कम पढ़ा-लिखा व्यक्ति भी स्वरोजगार के माध्यम से अपना जीवन-यापन सही से कर सकें, तभी हम वेरोजगारी तथा भुखमरी जैसे समस्याओं से कुछ हद तक छुटकारा पा सकते हैं, और हमारा समाज सुखी हो सकता हैं.
