I Think it so that Developement of Village and there modernation is very important. Where as Adoption of Village can play a very key role. As what I think not only minister but also the Big Multinational Company investing in india should come forward and adopt the village in such a case with in 5 years alleast more than 1000 village can be adopted. I would request our Prime minster to look in this matter
