Hope it makes some sense. Otherwise please ignore it. :) Dear Mr. PM, I would like to thank you for giving millions of Indians hope and courage. You've really revitalized the Nation which was lacking for a long time. You are doing an excellent job and wish you all the best.

2. 1.The same way, solid human waste also made as a compost using solar power. By using solar power, the solid waste will be made as a compost quickly and eliminating/killing all the germs and other unwanted things.

1.As you know human urine contains lots of Nitrogen which can be used as a fertilizer. In some of the countries they are experimenting with “Pee Cycling”, in which they recycle the urine to create usable fertilizer. Urine will be collected into tanks and pasteurized using solar power, which kills all the germs and make it a usable fertilizer.

Since India has no proper infrastructure to deal with waste management, I believe most of those toilets will be constructed with a septic tank. Any improperly built septic tank could become an environmental disaster. It can contaminate ground water, stagnant solid waste could breed mosquitoes and disease. Also cleaning the septic tank is an hazardous job which can also kill the person who is cleaning it.

3.All the local bodies must be given sufficient powers to deal the sanitation and other local issues. They have to be empowered to do the right thing without any political interference whatsoever. Devaluation of power is a must. You know better than me about that.

Dear Mr. Prime Minister, 1.We need to educate our children at the young age so that they develop the basic sensitivity about cleanliness. This has to be included in our curriculum as a compulsory subject for all the children below 10 years. 2.We must make all the officials accountable. They have to take the responsibility of making things happen. If they don't deliver they have to go. As you are well aware our country is in such a state because of the inefficient, corrupt and lazy officials.

I think that if we achieve our long term goal of connecting rivers and renovate the water tanks in each village/town that are occupied and connect rivers to these water tanks will help increase the underground water table. I know this is big dream but we need big actions to see developed India.
