any educational institution is known by the teachers it recruits..any plan of revemping the university will fall flat if the recruitment process is not made rational,responsible and transparent.there is so much of enigma associated with when they advertise the posts and hw do they actually asses the teaching skill and passion in the person...can;t we have a body like UPSC dedicated only for recruiting teaching workforces in the nations.cant we rope in the best and driven minds for the job.

Basic problem is there is a need to bridge the gap between academic delivery and industry expectation at the collegiate level. Proper skill development is required by understanding the needs of the industry and exposing the student to the right learning/skill enhancement. Industry professionals and alumni of colleges should come closer to colleges and guide/mentor students in the right direction. A small guidance from each one of us as professionals to atleast 2 students can make a change.

FEEDBACK....................Most universities take feedback from students and staff, but most of the institutions doesn't review the feedback again after taking it which will definitely improve standards in universities like infrastructure,staff& R&D facilities.

Dear Sir, Please give a look on education loan subsidy matter which was given by last congress party 2014 chidambaram budget. but still not benefitted, In that budget he had announced to give subsidy mean- total interest off between 2009 to dec2013 -who has taken the loan before 2009. no benefit.. hope in your budget we will get some benefit for the people who has taken the education loan before 2009. I am also one of the victim who is struggling to get the scheme from bank.

Please stop 2 years of B.ed. n M.ed. Programmes as this will affect the weaker and poor sections of our society. PLEASE CONTINUE WITH 1 YEAR REGULAR B.ED. COURSE.
