- Sports culture is lacking in schools. It should be promoted that: -- Students be allowed to wear more sports friendly clothes. Current white cotton clothes do not make then feel comfortable particularly for sports -- Each school specializes in 1 sport. This is important since its impossible for a school to provide sports infrastructure for multiple sport

There is a scarcity of Infrastructure but even the current infrastructure is not optimally utilized. - It is promoted that all schools run in double shifts. Without any additional infra, it will lead to more employment, more kids getting education

1. GATE score should be made compulsory for all first timers for jobs, this will force technical university to improve education std. 2. In engineering college no teacher should be allowed to check answer sheet of its own students instead state technical university should get it checked by other institute teachers randomly. This will force university to improve teaching standard. 3. Regulation is key. Reduce bureaucracy, and encourage research related work, rather than the extreme industry orientation there is today. Also, make sure the faculty is trained and qualified for teaching (which is a major downside of several government run institutes). Adopt a system of application to universities, like the USA and UK, where a more holistic judgement is made on the candidate based on Academics, sports, fine arts and other achievements. This can be integrated with a entrance exam.

Rework HR processes, i.e. recruitment, giving rewards and penalties etc. such that good people can be recruited and motivated and non-performers can be removed, i.e. there should be strong (effective) incentives for performance and strong (effective) punishmnets for non-performance.

1 A common regulatory body to monitor semster papers of all universities. 2 Project must be assigned with the help of MNCs ( like microsoft, broadcomm ) 3 Admission form fees of college should be regulated, as many students can not apply because of this reason 4 A curriculum related to ethics in life and workplace must be introduced ( case study basis) 5 Inter college technical and cultural events must be encouraged 6 IEEE and other journal student conferences must be encouraged

The new policy should include spiritual education. Atleast one subject right from KG. our education today only teaches how to make money.. It should teach the importance of our culture.. All our social problems today are becuase of our money focused education.. Education should help us in living in peace..but we are running behind money all the times..
