The India Newborn Action Plan (INAP) was launched by Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan on 18th September, 2014 in New Delhi. It outlines a targeted strategy for accelerating the reduction of preventable newborn deaths and stillbirths in the country. INAP defines the latest evidence on effective interventions which will not only help in reducing the burden of stillbirths and neonatal mortality, but also maternal deaths. With clearly marked timelines for implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling-up of proposed interventions, it is expected that all stakeholders working towards improving newborn health in India will stridently work towards attainment of the goals of “Single Digit NMR by 2030” and “Single Digit SBR by 2030.”The INAP will be implemented within the existing RMNCH+A framework, and guided by the principles of Integration, Equity, Gender, Quality of Care, Convergence, Accountability, and Partnerships. Its strength is built on its six pillars of intervention packages, impacting stillbirths and newborn health. For effective implementation, a systematic plan for monitoring and evaluation has been developed with a list of dashboard indicators.

When I saw this mygov.in, I felt PM is seeking opinions and my dream of sensible people's country may come true. But sometimes, I feel, whether these opinions reach him OR just screened and redirected to dustbin by the administrators of this site. I wonder. How do we know that these were read by PM. OR this site is only for people who have nothing to do and read each others opinion and mark like and dislike.

I was watching a campaign by film personaities "Hum hain Ummede Kashmir". Entertaining people of India and seeking donation. The right top corner of the TV screen depicting amount till then collected. It showed a figure of Rs.6 crore plus. Indeed this is a good gesture. I wish to know how long people of India will be fooled like this. These celebs made crores of money in the sake of entertaining public in general, now is the time to give back to society. Why do you come back to society?

According to Dr. Hahnemann (Organon –para 284)it is necessary to give gentle homoeopathic antipsoric medicine Sulphur in dynamized form to the pregnant mother(1st pregnancy) in order to protect Psoric affection in the mother & offspring in advance and to have stronger & healthier baby. (Hom. Concept Psora--cause of most chronic diseases and is almost always present in them through inheritance) My appeal to Govt please think about this thought of father of homoeopathy while thinking of INAP.

All rich business men as well as film/sports personalities should be given a mandatory task of adopting and developing atleast one village initially, if their networth is more than 50 crore. If one has 100 crore networth, he should develop two villages. MANDATORY, because, this does not come to their mind on their own. To develop means, village must have all basic facilities of water, electricity, school, hospital, every house must have a toilet and give jobs to youth/guide for selfemploymen

Income Tax should not be levied on legal income. The Employees who live only on their salaries will then get some relief. While their counterparts who have disproportionate income tend to spend on comforts and luxaries. If every paise spent on comforts and luxaries is taxed, the gov will earn more revenue. This should be termed as EXPENDITURE TAX. This is ACID TEST.

Income Tax should not be levied on legal income. If business men show the turnover and then their profit sincerely, they should not be any tax on income. Instead, we should develop a system wherein every paise spent on comforts and luxaries should be taxed. It should be named Expenditure Tax. The business men usually have less income than the employees, but they spend more on comforts and luxaries while the employees stick to their necessaties. This is ACID TEST.

Sir, The Problem i am going to share is being faced by thousands of Govt servants. ISSUE:1) delay in passing medical Bills 2) Delay in granting ex-Gratia amount in case of Death of employee. 3)Delay in providing pensions, job to kin of deceased employee etc. All these are delayed and reason is there is no accountability clause for Govt officers. and such thousands of cases can be seen hit by Red Tapism. Solution: Time line should be fixed for each work and Penalty of Delay. JAI HIND

Unfortunately, Police give permission to hold political/non-political rallies late night where the number of decibels is not specified or ignored. This is one of the contributing factors for Insomnia, or sleeplessness. Had it been USA or any other country, a file suit on medical grounds would have been enough to enact a new law or amend present law. Request PM Shri Narendra Modi ji should review the sound pollution control norms and help solve one of the longest pending demand of public at large
