Importance of education cannot be over emphasized. At the same time, education is not every thing. It is wrongly presumed that if you are educated, you are superior to others in the sense that your behaviour will be better compared to another person who is not educated. Many politicians who are highly educated proved to be a disaster when it came to governance. Our schools and colleges should teach the importance of humility right from an early age. Humility is much better than education.

Sir, 1. When we go to police they do not entertain the public only special people get the focus, Normal can't even get their FIR registered without bribe or source 2. When we go to government office for any document/work -- always we have to pay bribe Sir why government is incapable to make such system where people should use their right without bribe/delay/insult? Solution:: People should understand their Right and must be served accordingly Culprits should be punished immediately.

While preparing for any exam, we should first understand the difference between competition and envy. The competition takes you towards the success while envy takes you away from the success to which you are capable of. The second thing is attitude, we should be positive towards our capability and believe in ourselves. ' If you think you can do it, you are halfway there.' The few things, which are also important these days, are Focus, Confidence ( not over confidence) and try to get less stress.

Please remove IAS from the PSEB, PSES and all commercial organizations created by GoI. Make this as a norm for all the State level PSEs. The IAS planted as Chairman of the NDDB shall be replaced with a professional in the Cooperative Dairying. Select the best farmer leader professional from the Dairy Cooperative Federations as the Chairman of the NDDB. Let GCMMF (Amul) play the key role of ensuring cooperation among cooperatives. Odisha is one state in the country where the psyche - earn without work - is gaining ground among all govt employees, local Rowdies, so called Trade Union Leaders. The leadership of Mr Patnaik failed to bring in visible change. Central Govt shall demand performance from the States and allocate funds for their development purely based on sheer performance. This is the culture that is needed to make Cooperative Federalism to work at its optimum best. The spirit of Cooperation shall be leveraged

Rationalize Income Tax drastically so that would automatically increase the Indirect Tax collections, drastically. Pay attention to small improvements in public life and governance that would have huge impact on the Nation as a whole. You can make all the State Governments to emulate you. You can also make the Nations of the world to emulate you. Shed political gains from the plans to govern the Nation you will automatically have more gains than you anticipated. Submit progress report.
