Revision tips Develop a timetable to monitor your progress but allocate some time for relaxation as well. While revising a subject, practice writing. This would be an actual simulation of the examination itself. Planning your revision and completing it in time gives a sense of achievement . Set realistic targets of what you can achieve.

These days the youth have engaged too much in drinking, smoking & drugs. Every second or third teen I know here are doing the same. I want them to do AOL's Yes! Course which focuses on these issues and has immense effect on teens and also helps them to leave all the addictions behind and live a happy & prosperous life ahead. I'd like ModiJi to please speak on Yes! Course for teens so that maximum people can know about it and maximum people come forward to take part & help teens live better life.

The power of positive thinking Spend time with people who have a positive effect. It will rub off on you. Avoid negative thoughts, such as 'Everyone else seems better organized, while I'm struggling.' Challenge such thoughts with positive thinking; Keep all unimportant issues at bay.

With less than a month left for most examinations, many students find themselves weighed down by expectations. Comparisons, parental expectations and peer pressure are major concerns for students attempting their board exams. These concerns bog students down, leading to severe examination stress.

Respected Sir, As a teacher has been serving for more than 26 years I request you to advice the students to have a sound sleep in the previous night of the exams. Sir since the Board exam students tend to avoid sleep by having sleep avoiding pills, caffeine rich drinks like RED BULL which really spoil the student's mood of writing the Exams. Please add this point also sir in your ensuing "MANN KI BATT" programme. Thank you Sir
