We should add a new subject to the syllabus related to yoga and health issues to educate & aware the students. We should also start a new tv channel such as doordarshan yoga to promote yoga all over India.

In this present scenario yoga is very important as it keeps us away from all health problems, improves our concentration and moreover it helps us to be fresh and energetic but do we practice yoga "NO".School students must do yoga daily and especially class 10 and 12 students because they do not get into any physical activity because their priority from health and fitness shifts towards their marks.

Yoga is the good way to fit the body physically and internally and people can avoid many health issue due to this. So important is, make the policy in such way that yoga should be part of each citizen life as result we can minimize our health budget also.
One Suggestion: There should be mandatory 1 hr yoga class/exercise broadcast in all channel on morning 7-8 am.

Yoga is nothing but 'DISCIPLINE', which is common to all, the entire mankind, the birthplace of it being India though. The benefits attained by the practitioner is immense and varies according to the individuals' 'mind' and wish as well. Practice of yoga creates POSITIVE RHYTHM and the same is rather contagious and spreads through even oceans, resulting in universal peace and Himalayan Harmony. The end result being a War-free World

g). Its influence in developing ‘tolerance’ can be explained. The practice of tolerating the disturbances and continuing with meditation can help to make oneself to develop that quality. h). At the same time, it can be explained how much committed one would become, to implement the required things (that become useful to individual's success in career and social life). -> It can be due to the practice followed in meditation to make the mind to follow the useful things only, in positive manner.
