Yoga is union of body and mind. Yoga is for every human being. All the schools, colleges, government offices, private sectors, hospitals etc. should dedicate at least one 1 hour, doing yoga, meditation. This should make it to the routine of every individual.

'Sanatana dharma in other words Prana-dharma,Atmadharma,yoga-dharma or Karmayoga can lead the world into permanent peace, but please remember not the gross Karmayoga.Serving the poor or humans come under the purview of gross Karmayoga because the latter is effective for serving the body but not the Inherent-Intrinsic or the author of the body i.e. Prana-God cannot be served. If Prana-God is served a mental & spiritual upliftment is effected,it is only then that love, affection blossom.'-DrAKC

Yoga means to be in perfect tune. Your body, mind and spirit and the existence are in absolute harmony, probably for many of people it means some physical postures. That is not yoga. It is just one part of Yoga. First of all we must educate our people what actually yoga means, International yoga day is best opportunity for making this happen. This is my humble request to Hon’ble prime minister of India Shri Narendra Modi please invite Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev to give lecture on Yoga

Yes we perpetuate the idea through out the world, yes we made the world community to think and try on our idea.more over the benefits of yoga could made each individual to connect with his soul .And as great yogic realized that a connected body and soul can create miracle. The present world order can shift to progress of all ,peace & prosperity of all, human values and finally we can feel heavenly on our only earth. The greater challenge is to make it inclusive.Yes we can.YOGA FOR ALL.
