Tortoise takes deep long breathes and lives longer. Dog takes short quick breathes and lives for a short period. Breathe is the key to the health of our body and that is why there is so much emphasis on conscious breathing in Yoga sastra. Therefore, it should be the focal point on the first international yoga day. We learn to listen to our breathe, we learn to live right.

The fundamental aspect in yoga is breath awareness. In fact, if there is one activity that we do unconsciously, it is breathing. Yet, it is the most important activity that is fundamental to our life. The first international yoga day can be celebrate with focus on our breathe. The theme can be Observer Your Breathe; Understand Your Breathe and Stay With Your Breathe. We could start learning yoga by learning to breathe right.

Sri Sri yoga teachers of Art of Living Foundations should be invited by school authorities to special activities classes so that Yoga can be popularized among school children. As habbit is second nature, this good habbit should be inculcated among students at students level.

HON’ble swami vivekanandaji Wrote in his scripture of Vedanta that is When we work for others means we work for self. This concept is true when we see god &its Devine power within us &others.
Devine power mask by ignorance, egoism, attachment to our desire, aversion,(dwesh)&clinging to life(jivana askati) so we cannot see god within us &another person.
We are only seeing the body, mind of person its behavior which librates bad or good work .it is our ignorance.

“Higher education& expert knowledge is superficial strength of brain but true strength stay in heart (ANTKARAN) with knowledge &it’s creativity because Devine power of spirit( atma) stay in heart (ANTKARAN) which librates knowledge of helping nature , unselfish, love to all, good attitude, all ethics.”
So we should work with heart & brain that result in higher strength to work.
