It is indeed a great day for entire world as practice of Yoga in combination with meditation will improve Mind and Body coordination and also with the environment around us. But It should be practiced by age group from 14 and above since till the age of 13 years the bone growth will be faster. After proper growth of bone one should practice Yogasanas. Hence Yoga should be made compulsory in School and Colleges from 9th Standard onward. Yoga is the Gift of India to World.
