I learnt Yoga at ealier age in Narendra shakha, Mlore. Sri Ajith Kumar, Dr.Madhav Bhandary guided me in this art. I feel it should be practiced by everyone at least one hr in the Mornings. Games/Recreation club,Societies,SevaSamaj & schools should be convinced to organise this at least once in 15 days voluntarily, so that people participate and learn for bette life.Late practice at home and teach childrens at young age, Award prizes to good ones. Then this will become a part of our life in India.

.Yoga and meditation integrate the body and soul and produce better performers in every walk of life.Hence non religious non ritualistic programmes EASY TO IMPLEMENT should be drawn up and marketed in every office, school and Govt Dept.CVD's should also be given out(especially to Govt employees) as to how to proceed with simple exercises which allow one to perform well in office,Govt school & sports field. The RELEVANCE to daily life is paramount.

Thanks a lot to mark 21st June as a Yoga Day. Since ancient times we are spreading the importance of Yoga. As a member of Laughter Yoga since last more than 5 years, I have below ideas:-
1. Including Laughter Yoga in UN Forum to celebrate the Day.
2. Our Nav Chaitanya Hasya Yog Pariwar founded by Shri. Vitthal Kate Sir in Pune has more than 150 branches & are at free of cost.
3. We all are collectively working to spread this Laughter Yoga acitvity through schools, IT companies, etc

i started doing yoga at the age of 14 yrs, today i m 47,my facial skin is so soft& glows like i m 16 yr young.and i personally feel, yog kriya's should start at nursery level in school,it should be taken as a life style subject not a forced application.china took sports seriously started training at primary school level, today they dominate world sports, lets start with our own YOG,in health we can rule with this GOLD WEAPON.

The Yoga Day at UN forum- an opportunity to highlight our roots and inner strength one develops through practice of proper and authentic Yoga as laid down by our Vedic seers.
1. True essence of Yoga needs to be spread. Yog is not about doing difficult poses or standing one's head.
2. Asan form just 1/8th of Yog and so is the case of Pranayama.
3. Importance of Guru and demonstration of the power and inner strength one develops by connection to the Guru.
Good looks, values, r by products

Pl consider doing away with select form of farm subsidies which are not actually reaching farmers hand. instead giving subsidies for production of agricultural commodities . our government can think of passing on all the benefits to consumers. Even producers will come under the consumers list once they are understood all the nicities involved. As a consumer the benifit even though limited , as a producer his share of subsidies are taken away by vested interests, actually denied

The best way of celebrating yoga day can be none other but doing yoga and spreading information about the usefulness of yoga. I have two specific suggestions....
1) Appeal to the people all over the world to "Start Doing Yoga At Least 15 Minutes A Day" everyday.
2) Appeal to the people to Share Their Personal Experiences of Benefiting From Yoga.
