1) International Yoga day at UN could be celebrated by teaching a few simple pranayama, asana and medititation techniques to the delegates. Alternate nostril breathing (anulom vilom), kapalbhati are the best and practical approaches to combat stress (the biggest killer in this age and era)
2) In the time pressed world, simple and quicker techniques will help. Creating a website demonstrating easier techniques, sending sms to people to check on website and follow
3) Similar to point 2

Lets pledge to make yoga and integral part of eevryones's daily life. And in order to do this we need to change the mindset of our society . It's widely believed that yoga is for retired people. We need to target yoga practice for age group 18 yrs to 45 years who are most prone to all diesese likeBlood pressure, Diabitics etc.And for this to happen, the follwing actions should be taken.
a) Inhibit yoga culture right from childhood. Although many of the school in India have Yoga as an activity in one of the day, we have to make it happen every day in school.
b) All corporate sectors shold be advised to have at least half an hour of yoga break as mandatory just the way they give lunch break. Some TAX benfits associated with it would help them.
c) All organisation should be asked to appoint at least one Yoga teacher as their employee.
d)Yoga education should be controlled by Indian government so that any Tom,Dick and Harry should not be taking Yoga classes which is more harmful.
e) Compulsory Yoga classes would generate lots of employment too and also reduce the overall medical cost burden.

Prime Minister mooted excellent idea and now it has to be pushed to make it effective. Indian Government /UN need to appoint 7 celebrities i.e.1 each from a Continent and endorse Yoga benefits for physical and mental health. This message needs to reach masses through social and media to make this day a real meaning full.

I congratulate our PM for 21st June to be declared as International Yoga Day. There are lots of positive work going on the country in terms of Yoga. I just want that Yoga should not be just quantity based, it should be quality based!! There also needs to be a regulating authority to be set up to monitor who are eligible to teach yoga and who are not!!

Mental and physical both type of Yogas are required from school level, however, KARMA YOGA (I AM NOT THE DOER) is best one. for more information pl. refer to Dadabhagwan from the website, the 9 deep inner intents दादा भगवान की ९ कलम - દાદા ભગવાન ની નવ કલમો are very useful for all class of people, it is a really KARMA YOGA, because all KARMAS (DEEDS) require CLEAN HEART, MIND & THOUGHTS WITH CLEAN - INTENTIONS. - जय हिन्द

I will share my real life experience. I live in Raipur (Chhattisgarh) & desire to learn yoga but I do not any proper place in my town to learn YOGA. Without proper guidance YOGA has no meaning. Hence government should open YOGA Centers in Towns through Municipal Corporation or Sports Dept or through some NGOs or Spiritual organization so that all the seekers can come & learn YOGA in an easy manner. I do not have such facility in my twon hence I can appreciate Modi ji for perusing UN for YOGA
