There should be mandatory Yoga classes in every school for one hour a week. This would help kids understand what Yoga is, which would in-turn help parents also develop interests towards Yoga. I learn rhymes to teach my daughter, why would I not learn Yoga when my daughter does it.

We are the land where Yoga is having lot of importance and in a way its embedded in our life style in things like poja vidhi but we are fast losing such lifestyle, so to bring back and educate youth visual medium would help best I am attaching few links, if Govt can make similar videos and make channels to chose at least one and make them broadcast once in a day would help spreading this invaluable knowledge.

We as Indians have lost touch with the ancient heritage of Yoga and Spirituality. For many Yoga is just a form of physical exercise. I would humbly suggest building an ad campaign communicating what Yoga truly means, what it has meant to us. How in Gurukuls it was a part of our education - we need youth who are not only well educated but also know how to balance their emotions and respect their heritage. We may also broadcast the message on yoga of the enlightened masters of the past and today.
