a) Yoga should be mandatory in Schools. Introduce scholarships/competetions to encourage. It is a mantra towards good health and self control perhaps helps in curbing harmones responsible for stress & social evils. b)Make yoga centres more accessible/qualified. Getting highly commercialised. Impart distant learning of yoga theory with quality videos for aspirants. c)Doctors should mention about yoga alternatives for chronic illness like Diabetes/Thyroid

To celebrate this at the UN forum:
1) the Govt should seek the help of an NGO with world wide presence, which has qualified yoga teachers, who are well versed in handling events of this national and international importance.
2) Train the Trainer (TTT) workshop should be arranged to help train more people to perfect the discipline first and they in turn can mobilize their communities.
3)People thus trained, go to educational institutions to train PT teachers and they in turn the children.

Yoga is very popular in the west, as well as in India. Everyone who practices yoga, know its benefits. If you want to celebrate it, there no harm in that, but yoga should be a part of ones life, so having a special day as 'YOGA' day, does not make much sense to me.

There should be three tier development of YOGA in our country, A child during his early education, A stressed adult and old aged person and a mother. All schools irrespective of any cult or religion should adapt the yogic practices to develop the healthy practices throughout life. Government employees should be oriented to perform yoga. It should be mandatory private companies and MNCs to adopt yoga sessions.

Along with the physical education subject, for the school & college students all over India, YOGA must be included in their regular curriculum. It is not against any religion. It deals with only the Spiritualism. I strongly recommend for the same.First, It ensures the clear mind and body. By this gain, the health factor of the children will improve. After 20 years the citizens of India will be completely healthy. The crime rate will definitely reduce towards the zero point. I am sure, Sir.
