The very word "Yoga" came from Sanskrit Verb - Yuj which means "to connect". The world today is basically connected with the "Technology". What is real challenge now is to connect every individual with Him/Herself. Yoga is a tool for that. Here I would like to suggest something about how can we celebrate "#InternationalDayofYoga". We should design the celebration in such a way that will bring Technology and Yoga together. Both are connectors, one is Western, & the other is Eastern.
